Submitting Tickets #
Step 1: Open up your Docket account and click “support” in bottom, left corner.
Step 2: Click the support button to trigger the support widget to open.
In the support widget, you will be able to submit a ticket under the topic you see fits your needs best.
- Do you see an issue in the software that you believe needs development team attention?
- Submit that in I think I have an issue.
- Do you like the features Docket has, but believe one is missing that would make a difference to most companies?
- Submit an I’ve got a feature request.
- Do you have website or storefront issues?

How to get Live Chat Support #
Step 1: Click Live Chat
Step 2: Fill in your information and click Start Chat.
Once you trigger a live chat, our support staff will be notified and able to pick up your chat request
Step 3: Once your chat is complete and your question has been answered, you have the option to provide feedback on your experience with the support team.
