Steps to Setting Hours of Operation #

This document is a step-by-step guide to demonstrate how to set the hours of operation and block out service days for businesses and users of Docket. If you still have questions or need additional support, please contact us via live chat at https://www.yourdocket.com/

Step 1: Open up your Docket account and click Account in the sidebar

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business.

Step 2: Click Settings

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business > select Settings

Step 3: Click Company

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business > select Settings > select Company

Step 4: Click Hours of Operation

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business > select Settings > select Company > select Hours of Operation

Step 5: Adjust hours of operation

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business > select Settings > select Company > select Hours of Operation > adjust days and times

Step 6: If you need to block out days that the office will be closed, such as for holidays, select the days you need.

From the Docket Dispatch screen, click the account button to begin the steps to setting hours of operation for your business > select Settings > select Company > select Hours of Operation > adjust days and times > select days to block out if the business will not be open > Save.

Step 7: Save your settings
