We're staying in the heart of the Historic Stockyards, walking distance from Mule Alley, Billy Bob's, and the Cowtown Coliseum. Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 PM, and breakfast is included. Keystone and Docket cover two nights, October 2nd and 3rd, for those traveling in. Booking details will be shared directly once the room block is confirmed.

An invite-only event for roll-off operators, built for owners and operators who want to connect with peers and see how a top-performing hauler runs their business.
Two nights of hotel (October 2nd and 3rd) for those traveling, the Friday welcome happy hour, all meals on Saturday October 3rd, and Saturday evening's dinner and group activity. Travel to and from Dallas–Fort Worth, and to the Keystone facility on Saturday, is on you.
We're at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Historic Stockyards, 2315 N Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Booking details will be sent directly once the room block is confirmed, so please don't book your own room yet. Flights are on you: DFW International is about 22 miles from the hotel and Dallas Love Field is about 34 miles. There is no hotel shuttle, so plan on a rental car or rideshare.
Dinner and a group activity, both covered. We're finalizing the venue and will send the full plan, including transportation and timing, in your pre-event logistics email. Expect a late night.
If you want to bring a guest, you must tell us before the event. Capacity is limited at every meal, at the hotel block, and at Saturday's evening activity, so we need an exact headcount ahead of time. Email gracie.vandriel@servicecore.com to let us know. Guests who show up unannounced cannot be accommodated.
Transportation to Keystone is on attendees. The facility is at 1870 Illinois St Ste 400, Rhome, TX 76078, about 30 minutes north of the hotel, so plan to drive yourself or coordinate a ride with someone else in the group. Parking is available on site.
Arrive the afternoon of Friday October 2nd for the welcome happy hour. Saturday October 3rd runs late. Sunday October 4th is departure day, with hotel check-out at 12:00 PM.
Closed-toe shoes for the facility tour, plus layers for an early October evening in North Texas. Dress is casual all weekend.
