Two nights of hotel (November 13th and 14th) for those traveling, Friday's welcome happy hour, and every meal on Saturday November 14th including dinner. Travel to and from Las Vegas is on you.
We're at The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa, 160 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. If you need a room, you must request it on your RSVP. If you do not request a hotel room on your RSVP, one will not be reserved in your name or on your behalf. If you request a room and do not attend, you will be invoiced for the cost of the room. Booking details will be sent directly once the room block is confirmed. Flights are on you: Harry Reid International (LAS) is about three miles away. There is no hotel shuttle, so plan on a rideshare or a rental car. Self parking is $22 a day and valet is $30.

Rooms are reserved and paid for in advance based on your RSVP, so a no-show is a cost we cannot recover. If your plans change, email gracie.vandriel@servicecore.com as soon as possible so we can release your seat to someone on the waitlist.
No. Friday's welcome happy hour is at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, and it is drinks and heavy appetizers, not a full meal. Plan accordingly if you land late or want a real dinner that night. Getting there is on you, and it is about a ten minute ride from the Westin.
Not without approval. Your RSVP covers one seat. Capacity is fixed at every meal, in the hotel block, and in the session room, so we cannot add people at the door. If you want a second person from your company to attend, email gracie.vandriel@servicecore.com to request a seat or be added to the waitlist. Every request is reviewed individually and is not confirmed until you hear back from us. Anyone who arrives without an approved seat cannot be admitted.
Everything on Saturday runs in the meeting space at The Westin: breakfast at 8:00 AM, three sessions from 9:00 AM to noon, lunch at noon, and a fourth session from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Dinner is at 6:00 PM at Superfrico inside The Cosmopolitan.
Arrive the afternoon of Friday November 13th. The welcome happy hour runs 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Saturday November 14th starts with breakfast at 8:00 AM and runs through the group dinner at Superfrico, which is 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Sunday November 15th is departure day.
For Friday's happy hour and Saturday's sessions, wear whatever you're comfortable in. Plenty of people wear company gear. Superfrico has no strict dress code for Saturday's dinner, but smart casual is recommended. Skip athletic wear.
