Lunch & Dinner on Saturday
Meals on Saturday, August 15th are on us: lunch on-site at Keystone and dinner at The City Square Steakhouse. Any other meals during your stay are on your own.
Hotel Stay (Aug 14-15)
Two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Wooster for those traveling. Arrive the 14th, stay through the event on the 15th, and head home Sunday.

Lunch and dinner on Saturday, August 15 are covered: lunch is served on-site at Keystone and dinner is at The City Square Steakhouse in Wooster. Drinks at the welcome happy hour on Friday, August 14 are also covered. All other meals, including breakfasts and Sunday travel meals, are on your own.

Yes, travel to and from Wooster is on you. The event hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Wooster. We'll share booking details directly once everything is confirmed.

Plan to arrive on the afternoon of August 14 in time for welcome drinks at 6PM. The event wraps up after dinner on August 15. Sunday August 16 is departure day, so plan to check out and head home that morning.
