What’s up guys. We are on site today with Rolling Ops in Quincy, Illinois, and we are going to be checking out a day in the life of a Docket user. So ride along with us and let’s get rolling.

So the cool thing right now is I know that Keegan’s got a full plate and we just got another booking that’s about to come in, so what I’m going to do is I’m actually going to jump in the truck and I’m going to take care of one of the pickups and then I’m going to give him the next one. That way we can kind of stay o

Keegan:
Alright, so just to get started, Docket app, you know, pretty easy process.
We got a 20-yard pickup right now, so all we got to do is really go in here, click on it.
Pop-up tells us where we gotta pick up our dumpster.
Click “On Our Way” to let the customer know that we’re on our way.
Then got a couple options here, you know, got the customer’s phone number. Also navigate, if you don’t know where it’s at, you know, you can drop in, follow it on Google.

Keegan:
So we just picked up the 20-yard. So like I said, app that’s super easy.
All you gotta do is click “Picked Up,” type in the dumpster identification—that is it.
And it’s going to ask us where to take it, and they can give us directions, but I know where I’m going.
So we just go back to the app—and that is it.

Clayton:
So I just pulled over because I got a phone call, and I also noticed that while I was sitting here, we actually had a day-of dumpster get booked.
Which sometimes can derail the day, but luckily since Keegan is actually emptying a dumpster right now, what I’m going to do is I’m going to take that dumpster and I’m going to immediately have it dropped at this other location.
So kind of a benefit of being able to adjust during the day.
But that’s essentially what he’s going to take care of after this.

Clayton:
So one of the biggest things I always kind of take a look at during the day—or the end of the day—is if we had any billing issues.
Right now I can tell Keegan’s doing one, but I can also see that our last dumpster was actually overweight.
So the cool thing is within two clicks, I can take a look and I can actually create a new invoice for that customer, and then it’s going to actually just charge them directly.
Probably one of the coolest features we have.

One of my favorite parts about using Docket is that I know I can actually grow with it—or the product itself can bring me.
Because as I add more inventory, it’s just a matter of actually listing those inventories into Docket and then just adding drivers.
I can actually just set them up in there so they can jump in the truck, they have their own profile, and they know what’s on their schedule.
