So, we did go to another competitor. That company was DRS, Dumpster Rental Systems. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it left a lot to be wanted. It was just not as refined as what we wanted from our standpoint and from our client standpoint. I started looking at it and thinking I need something different. So that way, we can adapt it to us as opposed to the other way around of us trying to figure out how we can fit into the new system. It’s the opposite. The system fits to us and that’s perfect. And really there’s just so many options on stuff like that that you can take advantage of that it’s tough not to save time and just enjoy it more too. It makes it less of a hassle.
Once we got through the initial phase—changing software at any point in any business and any industry is going to have hiccups just because things don’t always go one-to-one together. Sometimes things break. But the fantastic thing is the incredibly responsive nature of everybody there. If you reach out to somebody, you get an answer in no time flat. You can reach out to somebody and get a hold of somebody quickly and get something figured out way faster than I’ve seen from other companies.
All that just sort of led us to Docket and it’s the reason why we’re still here from where we started to now.
